The regular meeting of the commissions to consider applications for concluding agreements on the implementation of activities in the territories of advanced social and economic development (TASED) "Naberezhnye Chelny", "Nizhnekamsk", "Zelenodolsk" and "Chistopol" was held today by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the work of the commissions.
Representatives of the commissions of Zelenodolsk, Chistopol, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk took part in the meeting via video conferencing.
Alexey Pesoshin said that today 10 applications for activities on the territory of the TASED will be considered. He also recalled that after January 3, 2021, potential residents of the TASED will not be able to qualify for benefits on insurance premiums, and this year will be the last to receive this preference.
The first was the investment project of Sviyazhsk-Zernoprodukt LLC - the construction of an elevator in Zelenodolsk TASED. The project is being implemented by the "August" company. 86 new jobs will be created. Reaching maximum capacity is scheduled for 2024. It was noted that today there is a shortage of modern grain storage facilities. The company plans to build three elevators by 2024, one of which is in Zelenodolsk.
The members of the commission voted for the implementation of this project, as it meets all the necessary requirements for TASED.
The second was an investment project for the production of disposable medical clothing for patients and medical staff from Darpix LLC. The creation of 186 new jobs is expected. The project will be implemented in three stages, reaching the design capacity in the 2nd quarter of 2025.
The members of the commission voted for the implementation of this project.
In TASED "Chistopol" it is planned to implement an investment project "Construction of an elevator". The initiator of the project is Chistopol-Select LLC, the investor is BIO-Agro. More than 40 jobs are expected to be created. This project also received the support of the members of the commission.
The next project was "Organization of production of heating systems "SOVA" for helicopters ANSAT and MI-8 series". The initiator of the project is the AVIS company.
The project "Organization of Smoked Fish Production" was presented by Chistopolskaya Fish Company LLC. The project is in demand for the city.
On the territory of TASED "Chistopol" will also be implemented a production for processing buckwheat and peas. The project is presented by Chistopol Zernoprodukt company.
A project for the manufacture of components for an integral tractor and spare parts from NKT LLC claims for placement in the TASED "Nizhnekamsk".
Three applications were received from Naberezhnye Chelny to amend the previously concluded agreements. This is the project "Organization of production of drilling units for well workover BARS and components for them" (increase in capital investments and jobs, as well as the range of products), the project "Organization of production of welded grating." The initiator is the company "Kamsky flooring" (agreement in terms of increasing the cost of the project), the project "Organization of the production of epoxy resins" (firm NPK "Himresurs", changes in terms of reducing the cost of the project).
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was instructed to promptly ensure that materials are sent to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for making the necessary entries in the register of residents of territories of advanced socio-economic development.
