Changes have been made to the Federal Law "On the specifics of the execution of judicial acts, acts of other bodies and officials, as well as the return of overdue debts during the spread of a new coronavirus infection"

The Federal Law "On Amendments to Articles 1 and 2 of the Federal Law" On the Specifics of the Execution of Judicial Acts, Acts of Other Bodies and Officials, as well as the Return of Overdue Debts during the Spread of a New Coronavirus Infection "extends the period until May 1, 2021, until the expiration of which executive documents must be presented for compulsory execution in order to apply the provisions of the Federal Law to debtors.

In addition, with this Federal Law, until July 1, 2021, inclusive, the period is extended during which the bailiff-executor does not apply certain enforcement measures against the debtors-citizens.
