Amendments have been made to the legislation concerning complex cadastral works
On December 22, 2020, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."
This law clarifies the provisions on the procedure for financing the implementation of complex cadastral works, customers and performers of such works. The possibility of performing complex cadastral works at the expense of individuals and (or) legal entities interested in their implementation is established.
In accordance with the norms of the adopted law, the customers of complex cadastral works financed from extra-budgetary funds are the rightholders of real estate, at the expense of which such work is carried out in relation to the real estate objects they own located in the territories specified in the Federal Law. Complex cadastral works at the expense of individuals and (or) legal entities are carried out by a cadastral engineer on the basis of a work contract.
The provisions on the procedure for performing complex cadastral works are also clarified and the specifics of performing complex cadastral works financed from extrabudgetary funds are established.
