From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, an experiment will be conducted on the territories of a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities to create a single information resource about land and real estate
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2429 "On conducting an experiment in 2021 to create a single information resource on land and real estate" provides for the creation of a single information resource on land and real estate aimed at solving, among other things, the following tasks:
- improving the reliability, quality and completeness of information about real estate objects and territories contained in state information resources;
- involvement of unused real estate objects in economic circulation;
- elimination of the need to enter the same data into various information systems due to the distributed responsibility for the formation of information and the use of information services in the exchange of data;
- simplification of the procedure for the search and provision of land plots and other real estate objects to citizens and organizations;
- increasing the revenue side of the consolidated budgets from property taxes and fees;
- ensuring the possibility of supplementing departmental information resources with new reliable information about control objects.
The list of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities in whose territories the experiment is being conducted includes the Republic of Tatarstan (Atninsky, Zelenodolsky and Pestrechinsky municipal districts).
