Validity of appraisers qualification certificates extended
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 4, 2021 No. 109, in 2021 the validity of licenses and other permits in a number of areas and industries will be renewed automatically again. In particular, the validity period of previously issued qualification certificates in the areas of appraisal activity (real estate appraisal, movable property appraisal, business appraisal (including securities, an enterprise as a property complex, intangible assets) is extended.
The validity period of qualification certificates is extended:
- for 10 months - in relation to qualification certificates,
issued before October 31, 2017;
- for 7 months - in relation to qualification certificates,
issued from November 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018;
- for 4 months - in relation to qualification certificates issued
from 1 February to 31 May 2018
Reissuance of previously issued qualification certificates due to the extension of their validity period is not carried out.
