Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a training seminar "Topical issues in the development of urban planning documentation"

On February 15, 16, at the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, the State Budgetary Institution Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan organizes training for officials responsible for the preparation of master plans, exercising powers for the preparation of land use and development rules, documentation on the planning of the territory, the development of construction activities and the creation of conditions for housing construction in the territory of the municipality.

As part of the training, the leading specialists of the Fund, representatives of ministries, the branch of branch of Federal cadastral chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan will talk about the imposition of forestries on land of other categories, about adjusting the boundaries of municipalities before developing urban planning documentation, about changing the category of land plots, about collecting initial data for development master plans, on entering into the Unified state register of real estate information about the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones.

For reference: to date, the borders of 879 out of 3119 settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan have been registered in the cadastre. General plans of 290 settlements are being developed by various executors, the adoption of which will ensure registration of the borders of 984 settlements. To complete the work on entering into the Unified state register of real estate information about the boundaries of settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is necessary to develop 395 settlements and, accordingly, put the borders of 1256 settlements on the cadastral register. Also, to date, various design organizations are developing Land Use and Development Rules for 145 municipalities.
