Such data were presented today at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

As the head of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan specified, the total area of land transferred to large families was 4,044 hectares. As of today, more than 22 thousand large families are not provided with land plots in the republic.

As Fanil Agliullin noted, by the end of 2020, the work was completed in 6 districts from 80 to 90%, in 9 districts - from 90 to 99%. And in 21 municipalities, all large families included in the lists are provided with land plots.

Over the previous year, 3,356 plots were provided in the Republic of Tatarstan, this year - 657.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan also stressed: taking into account the available plots, the current deficit in the republic is more than 18 thousand plots.

He dwelled on the situation in urban districts in more detail. So, almost 70% of the deficit falls on the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. In Kazan, 15,158 large families are included in the lists, of which 6,394 families received land plots.

Municipal areas in the settlements of Sokury and Kaymary have been developed. Work continues on the development of federal areas.

In Naberezhny Chelny, 8,083 large families are included in the lists, of which 3,130 have received land plots. Municipal areas in the villages of Azmushkino - the Podsolnukhi microdistrict, Semekeevo and Ilbukhtino are fully developed. Allocation of land plots in Kalmash continues.

At the end of his speech, Fanil Agliullin outlined a number of issues and called on the heads of municipalities to pay attention to them in order to achieve the set tasks as soon as possible. This includes, among other things, the solution of issues related to territorial planning documents and land management works (significant work on the preparation of Master plans, territorial planning documents, registration of land plots on cadastral records); rational planning of existing territories (when developing planning projects and land surveying); complex provision of communal and engineering infrastructure of the land plots provided; search and involvement of additional territories (conducting constructive negotiations with the owners of the sites).
