The seminar meeting for heads of territories of Zakamye

       On April 16 the seminar meeting for heads of territories of Zakamye of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Chistopolsky MKDK. The First Deputy of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov took part in the seminar.

       Representatives of the Apparatus of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of RT, the head of territories of the Aksubayevsky, Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Spassky and Chistopolsky municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the working process of the seminar meeting.

       Participants of the seminar meeting were welcomed by the head of the Chistopolsky municipal area Ildus Akhmetzyanov.

       The First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov made the speech at the seminar meeting with the report on the subject "Actual issues in the sphere of Land and Property Relations".

       In his report Sergey Demidov told about the occurred changes in the Town-planning legislation, in draw attention to questions on inclusion of the ground areas in borders of territories, on transfer of the ground areas from one category to another, on registration of ownerless real estate objects, share and unclaimed farmlands. The First Deputy Minister also in considered the questions on identification of the empty ground areas, formations of their register and inclusion in the cadastral account. Today about 130 ground areas with the total area about 2 thousand hectares are revealed  in Kazan and 6 suburban municipal areas. For distribution of this practice in all territory of the Republic Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT the corresponding recommendations were submitted to 37 municipal areas.

       In Sergey Demidov's performance other issues in the sphere of the Land and Property Relations were also considered.

       At the final stage of the seminar meeting the group of heads of territories were granted with Certificates of honor and Letters of thanks of the republican ministries and departments for successful work in 2012.
