The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan regularly announces tenders for small and medium entrepreneurs for the right to conclude lease agreements for property from the List
In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter referred to as the List) for provision on the right of ownership and ( or) use on a long-term basis by for small and medium entrepreneurs and posted on the official website. Annually, until November 01, the list is replenished with objects by at least 10%.
To date, for small and medium entrepreneurs use 12 facilities and premises located in the city of Kazan on lease terms for the provision of communal and household services to the population, the construction and reconstruction of social facilities, the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products in the city of Aznakaevo, Bugulma, Almetyevsk.
The term of the lease agreement is 6 years
The rent is:
- in the first year of the lease - 0 percent; - in the second year of the lease - 0 percent;
- in the third year of the lease - 25 percent;
- in the fourth year of the lease - 50 percent;
- in the fifth lease year - 75 percent;
- in the sixth and subsequent years of lease - 100 percent of the amount of the lease established based on the results of the auction for the right to conclude lease agreements
Special purpose:
- for the production, processing or marketing of agricultural products;
- for the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products;
- for the provision of communal and household services to the population;
- for the development of culture;
- for the development of folk arts and crafts;
- for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities;
- to carry out activities in the field of health care;
- for the development of physical education and sports;
- to carry out activities in the field of education;
- for the development of domestic tourism;
- for engaging in socially significant activities, other established state programs (subprograms) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprograms) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprograms) priority activities.
In accordance with the provision of Federal Law No. 209-ФЗ of July 24, 2007 on the development of for small and medium entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation, leased property from the List can be alienated on a reimbursable basis into the ownership of for small and medium entrepreneurs in accordance with Federal Law No. 159-ФЗ of July 22, 2008 on the specifics of alienation real estate owned by the state or municipalities and leased by for small and medium entrepreneurs.
