The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan provides for the extension of rental benefits to lease agreements for land plots included in the List of property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties (except for the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as property rights of subjects small and medium-sized businesses) and intended for provision to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure of support for small and medium-sized businesses, the list of persons entitled to property support has been clarified. Changes were also made to the wording of criteria for small and medium-sized businesses, taking into account paragraph 41 of Article 18 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. 209-ФЗ "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation."
