Fanil Agliullin as part of the delegation visited the Kaybitsky municipal district
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working trip to the Kaybitsky municipal district. During the visit, the President discussed with the farmers the pace of the sowing campaign and got acquainted with the implementation of state programs.
The meeting with representatives of the agro-industrial complex took place on a field near the village of Bolshoe Podberezye. The head of the region, Albert Rakhmatullin, reported on the progress of the spring field work. In the structure of sown areas, grain crops occupy 32 thousand hectares, of which 20.7 thousand hectares are allotted for spring crops. In general, the sowing was completed by 30%.
As part of the working visit, the guests headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the village of Bolshoye Podberezye, where Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers at the obelisk in memory of those who fell during the Great Patriotic War, examined a wooden church built with the support of local patrons. The cult object was erected on the site of a stone church destroyed in the Soviet years in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh.
The guests also visited the museum complex dedicated to the history of tillage and rural life. The museum was organized with private funds. On the territory of 22 thousand sq. m there are 2 windmills, a water mill, old barns and a Russian peasant hut. The exposition presents various agricultural machines (tractor DT-54, flax harvester), agricultural tools (plow, hay rake, potato diggers, plow), horse carts and various sleds from the 19th and 20th centuries. Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the new museum complex and proposed to more actively attract tourists.
