Issues of self-government in the field of land legislation were discussed
Today, the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconference mode with the participation of the heads of the Executive Committees, the chairmen of the Chambers of Property and Land and the chief architects of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on topical issues of local self-government bodies in the field of land legislation. Minister Fanil Agliullin, his deputies and heads of structural divisions took part in the meeting from the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, issues were discussed on the development and approval of documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning of municipalities, free transfer of land plots to the ownership of citizens, provided for in Article 40 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as issues related to the transfer of land plots from one category to another and the establishment of the minimum size of land plots used for individual housing construction and personal subsidiary plots.
