The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the regulations for checking draft laws of Tatarstan on changing the boundaries of territories of districts and settlements
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin signed the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 968-r. This document approved the regulation for checking draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on changing the boundaries of municipalities and materials to them, which establishes a list of documents included in the draft law and the verification procedure itself.
The Regulation establishes the requirements for verification by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan of draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on changing the boundaries of the territories of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The document is also recommended for use by local governments.
Compliance with the regulations will allow identifying and eliminating shortcomings of a legal and legal-technical nature, as well as eliminating obstacles to entering information on the boundaries of municipalities into the Unified State Register of Real Estate, obtained as a result of work to describe such boundaries.
