Employees of the State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" during a visit to inspect the premises transferred for use, found a document of 1962, which had lost its force, but was of interest to history. The state act for the perpetual use of land by collective farms was issued at one time by the Bilyar Executive Committee of the District Council of Workers' Deputies of the Pobeda agricultural cooperative in the Bilyar region of the TASSR.

In the document, the coordinates of the boundaries of the characteristic points are written in a neat handwriting, and it is also indicated with whom the territory of the collective farm bordered. Nowadays, when documents are formed using technologies and signed with electronic digital signatures, it seems especially touching that the act is stitched with a special cord and the wax seal applied.

The find was transferred to the museum of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
