Republic of Tatarstan and the Kirov region for the first time brought up the problem of interlacing sections for discussion

Acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Komarov, Head of the Department of Geodesy and Cartography Andrei Logashin and Head of the Department of Legal Support and Development of Standards Tatyana Yakovleva visited the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Kirov region on a working trip.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Property Management of the Kirov Region Tatyana Pogotovko,, Deputy Head of the Office Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Kirov Region Vitaly Rusinov,, and representatives of the Cadastral Chamber of the region. By the way, this was the first face-to-face meeting of the parties.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the issues of passing the borders of Tatarstan and the Kirov region. Earlier, 8 disputed sections along the border were discovered, the bulk of which were resolved during the negotiations, for two sections the State Budgetary Institution Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan will prepare additional documents. The agenda also raised the issue of the striped sections of the Kukmorsky and Baltasinsky districts in the Kirov region.

  • For the first time, we discussed in detail all the features of the disputed inter-lane areas with the residents of Kirov. A specific decision has not yet been made, but the positions of the parties on them have become clear. After discussing the current situation, we agreed to continue targeted negotiations on these sites and prepare options for solutions that are acceptable to both parties, - said the head of the department of geodesy and cartography Andrei Logashin about the results of the meeting.
