Results of the meeting of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan"

At the meeting of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" (Union), a number of issues of current activities and prospective tasks of the Union were considered.

On the issue of interaction with partner banks, a number of promising areas have been identified, in particular, in personnel training, digital transformation of appraisal and monitoring of the residential real estate market. With regard to the specific implementation of the tasks set, an instruction was given to prepare an appeal to shareholders and the bank's management bodies. The protocol took into account the proposals on this issue by Farit Musin, representative of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The head of the Department of Project Management and Business Assessment of Kazan Federal University, Azat Safiullin, announced the results of the qualification exam in assessment activities held in May. The exam in three areas of assessment was attended by about 500 applicants not only from Tatarstan and the Volga Federal District, but also from quite remote corners of Russia. The percentage of applicants who passed was quite high - up to 86. The participants noted the high level of organization of the exam with the involvement of employees, teachers and students in the non-working week of May and decided to send a letter of thanks to the rector of Kazan federal university. The proposals of the Chairman of the Education Committee Tanzilya Udod, Director of the Institute of Business Education of Kazan Innovative University named after V. G. Timiryasov Neli Mukhametkhanova and other members of the Management Board were also taken into account. In particular, Andrey Lisichkin proposed to introduce into the curricula of universities - partners the simulator of the qualification exam in assessment activities developed by the self-regulatory organization of appraisers.

Based on the proposals received, the composition of the Committees and Councils of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" for 2021-2022 was approved. In accordance with the inflation rates, at the suggestion of the President of the Union, President of the self-regulatory organization of appraisers National College of Appraisers Andrei Lisichkin, the tariffs for expert and consulting work have been changed. The limited liability company "Center for Expertise and Appraisal", the non-public joint-stock company "Euroexpert" in accordance with the applications received, the public organization "Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan" (in connection with the liquidation) were excluded from the Union. New formats of interaction with partner organizations and self-regulatory organizations, proposals for the development of a partner basepresented by the head of the Community of self-regulatory organization Russian society of appraisers in the Republic of Tatarstan, Dmitry Zakhmatov, were also considered.

In connection with the preparations for the 10th anniversary of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2022 (August 8, 2012), a working group to hold anniversary events with the involvement of members of the Supervisory Board, which, along with the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, federal authorities, includes heads of the largest self-regulating organizations of appraisers in Russia was formed.

At the end of the meeting, the appeal of the Republican Fund for the Support of Persons Affected by the Actions of Unscrupulous Developers to the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered and a decision to include the organization in the number of users of monitoring the prices of real estate, land plots and rental rates, as well as possible areas of interaction was made.
