NOTICE about the state cadastral valuation of land plots located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
In accordance with Article 6 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 269-ФЗ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 237-ФЗ of July 3, 2016 "On State Cadastral Valuation", pursuant to By order of the Ministry of June 4, 2021 No. 1729-r, in 2022 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, a state cadastral assessment of land plots located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be carried out.
Preparations for the state cadastral valuation are carried out until January 1, 2022. As part of the preparatory stage of the state cadastral appraisal in order to collect and process information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Appraisal accepts declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects from the rightholders of the respective real estate objects ...
To collect and process this information, the rightholders of real estate objects have the right to submit to the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Appraisal declarations on the characteristics of the relevant real estate objects, including clarifying the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the objects of assessment: the type of permitted use, description of the location, area, actual use, remoteness land plot, other factors affecting the cadastral valuation of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated June 4, 2019 No. 318 "On approval of the procedure for considering the declaration on the characteristics of a real estate object, including its form."
Reception of declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects is carried out by:
1) state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Appraisal, located at the address: 420021, Kazan, Parizhskaya Kommuna st., 8 (entrance from the corner of the building, document reception area of Bureau of technical inventory JSC);
2) branches of the State Budgetary Institution "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter referred to as the State Budgetary Institution "MFC") located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (The list of branches is posted on the official website of the State Budgetary Institution "MFC" in the subsection "Departments": https: / /mfc16.tatarstan.ru/filials-map);
3) in the form of an electronic document (the application must be certified with a strengthened qualified electronic signature) by e-mail of the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Appraisal: Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru.
