The specifics of using residential premises in buildings that belonged to state or municipal organizations and were used as dormitories or official housing have been adjusted
Federal Law No. 210-ФЗ of June 11, 2021 "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On the Enactment of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation "and Article 7 of the Federal Law" On the Enforcement of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation " with the Federal Law "On the Enactment of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation" to relations on the use of residential premises that were located in buildings belonging to state or municipal enterprises or state or municipal institutions, and were used as dormitories or office living quarters, and not were transferred to the jurisdiction of local governments as a result of a change in the form of ownership or liquidation of these enterprises or institutions, the norms of Chapter 35 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the contract of employment are applied.
In this case, a prerequisite is the provision of these residential premises to citizens on a legal basis before the date of the change in the form of ownership or the liquidation of these enterprises or institutions.
