Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the seminar of the Federal Service for State Registra-tion, Cadastre and Cartography
Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a seminar of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on land and property affairs, changes in the legislation in the field of real estate in 2020 and 2021, interaction with Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, via video conferencing.
The seminar program included the following questions:
- adopted regulatory legal acts in the field of land and property relations for the period 2020-2021;
- Implementation of the Federal Law of April 5, 2021 No. 79-ФЗ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" (garage amnesty);
- changes in legislation regarding the implementation of control and supervisory powers;
- organization of work to identify rightholders in accordance with Federal Law dated December 30, 2020 No. 518-ФЗ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation";
- state cadastral appraisal of real estate objects.
