Description of the situation:
A civil servant participates in making a decision on the procurement by a public authority of goods that are the results of intellectual activity, the exclusive rights to which he himself, his relatives or other persons with whom the personal interest of a civil servant is associated.
Prevention and control measures:
The civil servant should notify the personal interest of the employer's representative and immediate supervisor in writing. At the same time, it is recommended, if possible, to refuse to participate in the relevant competition.
The representative of the employer is recommended to remove the civil servant from the commission for placing an order for the duration of the competition, as a result of which the civil servant has a personal interest.
