The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Commission on Compliance with the Requirements for Official Conduct of Civil Servants and Settlement of Conflicts of Interest
On July 21, 2021, the meeting of the Commission on Compliance with the Requirements for Official Conduct of State Civil Servants and Settlement of Conflicts of Interest was held with the participation of Timur Halimdarov, a representative of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy.
The meeting was chaired by Rustem Shameev, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The results of the analysis of information on income, expenses, property and property obligations submitted by state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018 - 2020 are considered.
Based on the results of the consideration, decisions were made:
admit that the information provided by public civil servants is inaccurate and (or) incomplete; taking into account the Methodological Recommendations, recommend to the Minister to indicate to the state civil servants on the prevention of violation of the norms of the legislation established in order to combat corruption.
admit that the information provided by public civil servants is inaccurate and (or) incomplete due to circumstances beyond the control of public civil servants.
