Subsidies will be provided to small and medium-sized businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations operating in municipalities where restrictive measures have been introduced since August 1, 2021
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 7, 2021 No. 1513 "On approval of the Rules for the provision in 2021 from the federal budget of subsidies to small and medium-sized businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations operating in municipalities that are most affected by the worsening of the situation. as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection ", the Rules were approved, according to which it is provided for the provision of subsidies to economic entities operating in municipalities, in respect of which the operational headquarters for the prevention of the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection in the territory of the Russian Federation decided to introduce restrictive measures from August 1 2021 g.
The subsidy is provided in order to partially compensate for the costs associated with carrying out activities in the context of a worsening epidemiological situation, including maintaining employment and remuneration of workers in 2021.
Subsidies are provided on the basis of the register of recipients of subsidies formed by the Federal Tax Service.
To receive a subsidy, it is necessary to comply with the established requirements, as well as send an application to the tax authority in the approved form.
The conditions have been established for the inclusion of the recipient of a subsidy belonging to the category of small and medium-sized businesses and the recipient of a subsidy belonging to the category of socially oriented non-profit organizations in the register of recipients of subsidies in order to provide subsidies.
The amount of the subsidy is determined based on the minimum wage as of January 1, 2021, the number of employees in June 2021, and the established coefficients. The tax authority checks the information required for the applicant to be included in the register of recipients of subsidies.
