The meeting of the anti-corruption commission was held in the State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Support" under the chairmanship of the head of the institution, Raviz Khabibullin. The Commission considered issues on the implementation of anti-corruption measures to comply with the requirements for the procurement of goods, works, services for the conclusion of contracts in accordance with the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-ФЗ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs ", namely the procedure for receiving goods, works, services.
Based on the results of the consideration, a decision was made to comply with the requirements for the procurement of goods, works, services for the conclusion of contracts in accordance with the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-ФЗ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs." The procedure for accepting goods, works and services is carried out in accordance with the local acts of the institution.
