Technopolis "Khimgrad" was visited by employees of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan

Technopolis "Khimgrad" was visited today by employees of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The participants of the excursion were shown a presentation of the technopark, told about socio-economic indicators, demonstrated the products of residents. The employees examined the exhibition of samples of goods and visited the production facilities of NPP Implant LLC, Aviaresheniya OKB LLC and RTSI Biotechnology RT JSC, where they were actively interested in technologies and developments, as well as sales markets for products manufactured in Technopolis.

Technopolis "Khimgrad" was established in 2006. On the territory of 131 hectares there are buildings with a total area of ​​more than 500 thousand square meters. m. Residents are provided with premises in existing buildings and land plots for the construction of their own real estate. There are 330 companies operating in Technopolis with a total of 9530 employees. The main areas of activity of residents are low-tonnage chemistry, polymer processing, nanotechnology, biotechnology, resource conservation and energy efficiency, medical technology.

The volume of commercial production of Technopolis residents in the first half of 2021 amounted to 26.7 billion rubles, the volume of tax payments to the budgets of all levels - 3.1 billion rubles. In general, since 2007 and for the period July 1, 2021, the volume of commercial production of Technopolis residents amounted to 283.2 billion rubles, the volume of tax payments to the budgets of all levels - 34.9 billion rubles.

Technopolis "Khimgrad" is in the TOP-3 in the rating of investment attractiveness of industrial parks and special economic zones for 2020 (RA "EXPERT"). Technopolis's experience is actively used in the creation of industrial parks in other regions of Russia and the CIS countries.
