Happy National Unity Day!
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan congratulates the residents of the Republic of Tatarstan, the multinational people of Russia on the Day of National Unity!
National Unity Day has been celebrated since November 4, 2005, but its history begins much earlier - several centuries ago.
This public holiday is timed to coincide with the heroic events of the early 17th century, when representatives of various nationalities and religions rose up to fight and, having won, restored the integrity of the state, saved and preserved the Fatherland.
In modern Russia, patriotism and solidarity unite citizens, as well as common moral ideals. All the peoples of the multinational country experienced difficulties and joys, achieved tremendous victories and went through the hardest trials. And they all proved their choice to live in peace and harmony with each other.
