The meeting of the Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan was held by videoconference.
Members of the Management Board and employees of specialized subdivisions of the Ministry of Land Property Management of the Republic of Tatarstan heard information from the head of the Department of Project Management and Business Appraisal of Kazan Federal University, Professor Azat Safiullin on the results of the next exit qualification exam in appraisal activities conducted by the authorized organization of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation – federal budgetary institution "Federal Resource Center" at the university site with 2017 year.
The members of the Management Board consider it necessary to take into account the high level of the examination under the current restrictions, the measures taken to ensure the safety and health of the participants, and the numerous positive responses from applicants from more than 30 regions of Russia.
By protocol, the participants supported the proposal of the President of the Union Andrei Lisichkin to send a petition to the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan to express gratitude to the Federal Resource Center for Management Training and employees of the Kazan Federal University for organizing the qualification exam site in Kazan.
In connection with the upcoming professional holiday - the Day of the Appraiser of the Russian Federation - the Executive Directorate of the Union was instructed to organize traditional events taking into account restrictive measures with funding from targeted contributions. within the approved annual budget (financial plan) of the Union.
Regarding the implementation of the decisions of the expanded meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption, it was decided to agree, taking into account the proposals, the developed Roadmap "Activation of expert and consulting support of executive authorities and local self-government in the field of appraisal activities." The document presupposes an increase in the level of professionalism of the subjects of appraisal activity, the quality of appraisal, responsibility for the results of determining the market value of objects of state and municipal property (including the rights to these objects), requirements for executors of work for its determination.
By unanimous decision on the consideration of the submitted documents, a new organization was admitted to the ranks of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan - KAZANSKOE VREMYA LLC.
In conclusion, the participants heard information from the head of the self-regulatory organization of appraisers Russian Society of Appraisers Community in the Republic of Tatarstan, chairman of the Methodological Council of the self-regulatory organization of appraisers Russian Society of Appraisers Dmitry Zakhmatov about the new edition of the Federal Valuation Standards. A protocol decision was made on the need for a collegial discussion of problematic issues raised by experts of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, a corresponding order for distribution was given to the Executive Directorate.
