Dear representatives of the appraisal community! Colleagues!
A quarter of a century ago, on November 27, 1996, the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation approved the qualification characteristics for the position "Appraiser (Property Valuation Expert)". This day has become a professional holiday for 22 thousand appraisers in Russia, among which almost 300 active members of the self-regulatory organizations work today in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The assessment is inextricably linked with the management of state and municipal property, many priority national projects and social programs, the investment rating of the republic. The Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, experts and employees of the Union's organizations play a significant role in the joint implementation of the main directions of development, improving the quality of appraisal.
Universities - partners of the Ministry and the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan - Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, which has been successfully organizing the qualification exam for appraisers since 2017, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Kazan Innovation University, University of Management "TISBI", Kazan branch of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.
Employees of specialized departments of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan make a significant contribution to the development of appraisal activities, ensuring the interests of the state with constant monitoring of the quality and compliance of the appraisal with current legislation and federal standards.
