Topical practical issues in the field of municipal property management were discussed at the seminar
Completed its work an educational seminar on "Land and property issues: new in regulation, law enforcement and judicial practice."
Aleksey Mazurov, a candidate of legal sciences, a practicing lawyer, an expert on land and related legislation of the Interregional Bureau of Forensic Expertise, told the seminar attendees about the innovations in legislation in the field of land and property relations and the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation, gave explanations of the draft laws of land and related legislation expected to be adopted - in comparison with applicable federal laws.
In the second part of the event, in the format of a round table, the lecturer answered numerous questions from the seminar participants, discussed topical practical issues in the field of municipal property management.
At the end of the seminar, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev noted the active participation of the audience and, in general, the high level of the training event. The knowledge gained by managers and specialists will be in demand by the municipalities of the republic for further practical work.
