Problematic issues on the transfer of land plots under cemeteries located on the lands of the forest fund were considered
On November 30, 2021, a meeting on the issue of registration of land plots under cemeteries was held.
According to the updated data, as of November 20, 2021, there are 3,661 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, which are located on 4,224 land plots, of which: completed - 3,998, not completed - 226.
For unregistered: 59 - on lands of the forest fund, 61 - on private lands (31 - legal entities, 30 - private individuals and shares), 37 each - cadastral work is being carried out, 24 each - finalization of general plans is required, 39 - preparation of documents for transfer of category, 6 - under consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, problematic issues of transferring land plots under cemeteries located on the lands of the forest fund were considered.
The intersections of the plots under the cemeteries were revealed when the layouts of the plots to be formed were coordinated with the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In this case, it is required to transfer the plots to the category of specially protected areas by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.
For the transfer of plots from the forest fund, approval is required from various organizations, such as the Committee for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the Department for Subsoil Use in the Volga Federal District, the Federal Agency for Fisheries, etc. At this time, the municipal districts have a problem with obtaining approval from these departments.
