How do I get data from the Spatial Data Fund?
State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan collects and stores materials (spatial data) for the entire Republic of Tatarstan, obtained as a result of geodetic and cartographic works. Also, the activities of the fund include the provision of services to interested individuals and legal entities, state authorities and local authorities for the provision of spatial data stored in the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To receive materials included in the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, you must fill out an application form at this link: https://fpd.tatarstan.ru/blanki-dokumentov.htm.
When filling out the application, it is necessary to pay attention that if the applicant indicated in the application and the payer do not coincide, the employees of the Fund may request additional documents to identify the applicant and confirm the payment from the payer. If the applicant and the payer are one person, then additional steps to identify and confirm the payment will not be required.
Applications are accepted both to the email address fpd.rt@tatar.ru (the document can be signed with a digital signature with the signature file attached .sig), and to the postal address 420034, Kazan, Dekabristov st., 81A, Post Box 216. The document can also be transferred with a personal visit to the address: Kazan, Dekabristov st., 81B, 4th floor.
Also on the official website of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in the section "Activities" - "Maintaining the spatial data fund" you can get acquainted with the list of materials included in the Fund. The staff of the fund maintains statistical data on the demand for the materials of the fund and, if a need for data that is not included in the fund is identified, they work to find and include them.
