Small and Medium-Sized Businesses use 20 real estate objects on lease rights
The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan regularly announces tenders for the right to conclude lease agreements for property from the List for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.
In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter referred to as the List) for provision on the right of ownership and ( or) use on a long-term basis by SMEs and posted on the official website. Every year, before November 1, the list is replenished with objects by at least 10 percent.
Today, Small and Medium-Sized Businesses use 20 real estate objects from the List located in the city of Kazan, the city of Aznakaevo, the city of Bugulma, the city of Almetyevsk, the village of Avlash of Tukayevsky municipal district.
