Training for heads of rural settlements on the preparation of urban planning documentation is underway
At the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan Federal University, a full-time module of the advanced training program for heads of rural settlements of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan "Modern approaches to the management of rural settlements" is being held.
A cycle of classes on the topic "Preparation of basic urban planning documentation for the territory of a settlement" for heads of rural settlements is taught by the head of the territorial planning department of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Vladimir Kandalintsev.
A specially developed program touches upon the main issues of urban planning documentation for a settlement, analysis of territorial planning and zoning documents. Also, the frequently repeated mistakes of the developers in the preparation of these documents are explained to the listeners, and the skills of checking, preparing, approving and using the town planning documentation of the settlement are jointly practiced.
