The issues of entering information about the borders between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation into the Unified State Register of Real Estate were considered

Today, leaders and specialists of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a meeting organized by the central office of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography together with the territorial departments of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

During the videoconference, the participants discussed issues and problems of entering information about the borders between the subjects of the Russian Federation into the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Namely: non-submission of land management documentation in accordance with the schedules, obstacles to the formation and submission of documentation for state examination, deviations from the schedules, non-submission of the finalized land management documentation on previously submitted comments of the expert commission, etc.

The participants also discussed the progress of work on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan and identified 40 priority sections of the borders of the republic, which should be included in the Unified State Register of Real Estate as a priority. Taking into account all the priorities and problems associated with filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the managers determined further measures to move the work from the “dead point” and set the deadlines for the completion of the necessary work.
