Self-regulatory organizations events to the 10th anniversary of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a working meeting between Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov and Executive Director of self-regulatory organization "Russian Society of Appraisers" Sergey Zayakin.
During the meeting, issues of joint organization of seminars and conferences on topical issues related to valuation activities, in particular, the seizure of property for state and municipal needs, the resettlement of emergency housing, the valuation of agricultural land, and expert work were discussed.
The parties preliminarily determined the format of participation in the anniversary events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the creation of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan (August 10, 2022). It was noted that the self-regulatory organization "Russian Society of Appraisers" took an active part in the formation and development of the Partnership, the heads of the self-regulatory organizations are members of the management bodies and the Supervisory Board of the organization, a mechanism for effective interaction between the assessment community and the executive authorities of the republic has been established in order to improve the quality of the assessment.
The non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was represented at the meeting by Executive Director Oleg Bulgakov and Chairman of the Expert Advisory Council of the Partnership and the Methodological Council of self-regulatory organization Russian Society of Appraisers Dmitry Zakhmatov.
