At the meeting of the Board of the Non-Commercial Partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", proposals on the agenda of the general annual meeting, which is scheduled to be held on March 17, 2022, were considered, the form for notifying members of the Union and the materials sent were approved.
Taking into account the proposals received, the Recommended Minimum Tariffs for Appraisal Works for 2022 were approved (published on the appraisers-rt.рф website).
Decisions were made to organize jubilee events in 2022 by the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, an organizing committee was formed, the format of the seminar, a solemn meeting and field events were determined, together with the leaders of the self-regulatory organizations of appraisers of Russia. The Executive Directorate, taking into account the significance of the Union's experience in consolidating the community, developing public-private partnerships, and improving the quality of valuation, was instructed to prepare appeals to the relevant authorities, to the leadership of the republic, members of the Supervisory Board, including the heads of SROs of appraisers of Russia for assistance in organizing anniversary events on August 10-12, 2022.
During the meeting, the applications of "RBC" LLC and "Orion GL" LLC were considered, changes were made to the Register of members of the Union. The composition of the Expert Advisory Council has been expanded - the application of the expert Alsu Shaimieva on inclusion in the composition of the expert body has been agreed. Also, in accordance with the submitted application, Irina Ignashina was included in the Committee for Interaction with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, who, in accordance with the decision of the Board, was also delegated to the Committee for Evaluation Activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan - Member of the Board, Deputy Minister Maxim Rogozhkin, Head of the Assessment Department Larisa Shvetsova, member of the Public Council Farit Musin.
