The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties, with the exception of the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses, intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting SMEs, as well as during the period of the experiment established by Federal Law No. 422 of November 27, 2018-ФЗ “On conducting an experiment to establish a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”, for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”
