The first meeting of the Public Council this year was opened by Minister Fanil Agliullin. He reported on the updated, in accordance with the proposals of the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, non-profit organizations, the composition of the Council (published in the section of the site "Public Council"), highly characterized the experience and competence of the participants of both the current and the new composition of the Council, expressed confidence in constructive interaction and effective collaboration.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Public Council - Farit Musin, the chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Ministry and the deputy chairman - Nazgat Magrifatullin, the head of a number of organizations of the agro-industrial and construction complex, were elected.
Based on the results of the discussion of the agenda items, the Work Plan of the Public Council for 2022 was approved. The plan was formed based on the new functions and powers included in the Regulations on the Public Council.
Members of the Public Council listened to and discussed the speeches of senior officials of the Ministry: on the results and directions of work, on the implementation of the anti-corruption program and on the activities of the Ministry in the field of public procurement.
At the end of the meeting, the Public Council approved a report on the antimonopoly compliance of the Ministry. The approval of the report is necessary to update the set of legal and organizational measures aimed at complying with the requirements of the antimonopoly legislation and preventing its violation.
