Development of town-planning documents for Zelenodolsk region discussed in State Budgatery Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan
The administration of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan held a working meeting with the head of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the City of Zelenodolsk" Pavel Sergeev.
Previously, the Foundation developed rules for land use and development of a number of settlements in the Zelenodolsk municipal district and prepared agreements on these works, which were then sent to the district. At the meeting, the parties discussed the main issues and changes that need to be made to the developed land use and building regulations, after which the draft rules will be agreed upon by the executive committee of the district.
Recall that meetings of this kind are held with each district for the timely updating and control of urban planning documents in municipalities and in order to update the data of the Fund for Development of the Republic of Tatarstan.
