Today, the 22nd meeting of the Council of the Kaybitsky Municipal District, dedicated to the results of the socio-economic development of the district in 2021 and the tasks for 2022, was held in the district house of culture in the village of Bolshiye Kaybitsy.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council "Milli Shura" of the World Congress of Tatars Vasil Shaikhraziev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin, Head of the Kaibitsky Municipal District Albert Rakhmatullin, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, General Director of Volga Region Zeolites Trading House LLC Fanil Bagautdinov, First Vice-Rector of Kazan Federal University Riyaz Minzaripov, Chief Adviser of the Office for Work with the Territories of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Abramov and guests.
The head of the district Albert Rakhmatullin made a report on the results of the development of the district in 2021 and tasks for 2022. In his report, the head of the district analyzed in detail the key positions of the economic development of the district, focused on the work and achievements of the district in the field of culture, education, healthcare, the development of youth policy and sports, small and medium-sized businesses, noting that new challenges lie ahead that will be progressively decide.
In his speech at the meeting of the Council, Fanil Agliullin spoke about the interaction of the Ministry with the Kaibitsky municipal district. He noted that in many areas of land and property relations, the Kaibitsky district shows good results. In particular, the plan for income from the management of municipal property in the district was overfulfilled by more than 2 times, the district budget received 4.3 million rubles; one of the indicators of the effectiveness of the activities of local governments of the district is being executed ahead of time - the indicator for registration of unclaimed land shares; the program of granting land plots to large families is being successfully implemented. 98% of large families included in the lists at the beginning of 2021 are already provided with land plots.
The Minister also outlined a number of issues requiring attention and further work and expressed confidence that thanks to the competent leadership of the district and the support of the Ministry, all tasks will be successfully resolved.
