Approved technical requirements and conditions subject to mandatory execution in architectural and construction design during the reconstruction and overhaul of existing linear facilities
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2021 No. 2608 approved the technical requirements and conditions that are subject to mandatory execution in architectural and construction design during the reconstruction and overhaul of existing linear facilities.
The Decree also contains the rules for issuing technical requirements and conditions subject to mandatory execution and the rules for determining the amount of costs for their preparation, subject to reimbursement to the owner of the existing linear facility.
The provisions are applied during the reconstruction, overhaul of existing linear facilities, including engineering and technical support networks and their parts in connection with the planned construction, reconstruction or overhaul of linear transport infrastructure facilities, multi-apartment residential buildings, block-built buildings and the facilities necessary for their operation. communal infrastructure, as well as social infrastructure facilities, if a change in the location of existing linear facilities is provided.
The Decree comes into force on September 1, 2022 and is valid for 6 years.
