Results of the general annual meeting of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan

The general annual meeting of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was attended by heads and representatives of 40 out of 43 organizations and appraisers of private practice - members of a non-profit partnership (93%).

The meeting approved the reports on the work of the Management Board, the executive directorate for 2021 and the annual financial statements. Union President Andrey Lisichkin said in his speech that along with ensuring the interests of members of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", the most important and correlated task of the Union is to improve the quality of the assessment together with the expert community, major customers, including authorities. In the period from 2014 to 2021, at the request of the authorities, 603 examinations were carried out in the form of a collegial professional opinion. The scope of work of experts in 2021 has increased significantly due to the implementation of a number of priority national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan, in particular, road construction. Proven cost-effectiveness for the report review budget amounted to more than half a billion rubles

When approving the financial plan of the Union for 2022, a significant expansion of expert activities was noted at the request of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, peasant farms, and courts of all levels.

At the meeting, a new composition of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was elected. It included heads and representatives of appraisal organizations, specialized universities and independent members of the Board - from relevant authorities and self-regulatory organizations of appraisers.

Andrey Lisichkin has been re-elected President of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan". The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the meeting by Deputy Minister Maxim Rogozhkin, Chairman of the Public Council Farit Musin and Head of the Assessment Department Larisa Shvetsova.
