Fanil Agliullin held a regular meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan for Combating Corruption

On March 22, 2022, the regular meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of the representative of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Director of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Bulgakov.

The meeting was held by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.

The committee considered the following topical issues:

1. On the implementation of the program of the Ministry for the implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2024 for 2021 and the 1st quarter of 2022.

2. On activities in the field of orders for the supply of goods, performance of work (rendering of services) for the needs of the Ministry and on control in the field of compliance with budget legislation in 2021.

3. Analysis of transactions for state unitary enterprises subject to approval in accordance with Federal Law No. 161-ФЗ of November 14, 2002 “On State and Municipal Unitary Enterprises”.

4. Monitoring compliance by managers and employees of subordinate organizations with the requirements of the charters of subordinate organizations and employment contracts related to the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest, taking measures to prevent and / or resolve them, including with the involvement of persons who are subject to the requirements for prevention and settlement conflict of interest to liability in case of non-compliance with these requirements.

5. On the results of the assessment of corruption risks arising from the implementation by the Ministry of its functions, and making adjustments to the list of civil service positions, the replacement of which is associated with corruption risks.
