NOTICE about conducting of state cadastral appraisal of capital construction objects located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2023
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) notifies.
In accordance with Article 6 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 269-ФЗ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", Article 11 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ "On State Cadastral Appraisal", pursuant to Decree of the Ministry dated February 21, 2022 No. 540-p, in 2023, a state cadastral appraisal of capital construction objects will be carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Preparation for the state cadastral appraisal is carried out until January 1, 2023. As part of the preparatory stage of the state cadastral valuation in order to collect and process the information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution "Center of State Cadastral Appraisal" (hereinafter referred to as the State Budgetary Institution "TSGKO") receives declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects from the right holders of the relevant real estate objects .
In order to collect and process this information, the right holders of real estate objects have the right to submit declarations to the State Budgetary Institution " Center of State Cadastral Appraisal " on the characteristics of the relevant real estate objects, including clarification of the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the objects of assessment: type of real estate object, description of the location, area, year of commissioning , other factors affecting the cadastral valuation of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by the order of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography dated May 24, 2021 No. P / 0216 “On approval of the procedure for considering a declaration on the characteristics of a real estate object, including its form”.
Acceptance of declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects is carried out:
1) State Budgetary Institution " Center of State Cadastral Appraisal ", located at the address: 420021, Kazan, st. Parizhskoy Kommuny, 8 (entrance from the corner of the building, the area for receiving documents of JSC " Bureau of Technical Inventory ");
2) branches of the State Budgetary Institution "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (https://mfc16.tatarstan.ru/filials-map);
3) in the form of an electronic document (the application must be certified by an enhanced qualified electronic signature) by e-mail of the State Budgetary Institution " Center of State Cadastral Appraisal ": Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru.
