Features of regulation of land relations in the Russian Federation in 2022
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 9, 2022 No. 629, according to which entrepreneurs establishing the production of import-substituting products will be able to lease state or municipal land plots in a simplified manner - without bidding. .
The new order will also affect gardeners, gardeners and citizens who have personal subsidiary plots. State or municipal land plots previously leased to them may be redeemed by citizens without holding an auction. The transaction will take place on the condition that the land supervision authorities have not revealed any violations in the treatment of land. This will greatly simplify the lives of citizens who had plots located on state or municipal lands.
In addition, the state will be able to equally exchange state or municipal land plots for private land, if it is required for the construction of socio-cultural and communal facilities. This rule will also be applied in the implementation of large-scale investment projects.
The Decree implements the powers of the Government provided for by the Federal Law of March 14, 2022 No. 58-F “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”.
