Information about security zones and zones of minimum distances will be included in the Unified Information Resource on Land and Real Estate
Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of imposing zones of minimum distances for main pipelines on residential buildings. Representatives of the Tatarstan Spatial Data Fund and Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC joined the discussion via videoconferencing.
The working meeting was organized as part of the execution of the instructions of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K. Nigmatullin on the issue of compliance with the requirements for security zones and zones of minimum distances of main pipelines in the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the protocol of March 10. Based on the results of the meeting, operating organizations need to prepare materials for posting information about security zones and zones of minimum distances in the Unified Information Resource on Land and Real Estate.
Information on these zones is used in the development of master plans, land use and development rules, and territorial planning projects.
