The issue of developing a regulation for the uniform accounting of unused state and municipal property was considered
The meeting on the development of regulations for the uniform accounting of unused state and municipal property was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the State Budgetary Institution "Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan". The working meeting was organized as part of the execution of instructions of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov following a meeting with the personnel reserve of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on April 6, 2022.
Based on the results of the meetings, it was decided to introduce a model for accounting for unused objects within the system of the Situation Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, which makes it possible to automatically accumulate information about unused objects that are in state and municipal ownership, on the principles of uniformity, taking into account the provisions of the Procedure for conducting an inventory of real estate located in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, and its involvement in the economic turnover, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12.036.2022 No. 225.
