Issues of preparation of urban planning documentation were discussed with the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin took part in the meeting on the preparation of urban planning documentation. The State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the executive committees of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Department of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Kostin and General Director of Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC Lena Khamzina took part in the discussion of the issue.
The participants discussed the process of implementing an experiment to create a single information resource on land and real estate throughout the republic, the progress of work on making changes to territorial planning schemes, as well as issues related to filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
At the meeting, the leaders in the collection of initial data for the timely development of territorial planning documents were named - these are Almetevsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Kaibitsky Leninogorsky, Rybno-Slobodsky and Tetyushsky districts. The percentage of correctly completed questionnaires for these districts was 100%. However, there are areas where the figures are less than 70% - these are Agryzsky, Aksubaevsky, Apastovsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Yelabuga, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Nizhnekamsky, Nurlatsky and Sarmanovsky districts.
