Fanil Agliullin held a meeting on the formation of a performance management system
The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, held a meeting with the participation of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archiving on the formation of a system for managing the results of activities (intellectual property) created with the funds from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was decided to create a working group to form a unified policy and develop relevant regulatory documents regulating the procedure for:
determining the types of intellectual property subject (not subject) to state registration;
registration of the exclusive right to objects of intellectual property that are not subject to state registration;
disposal of the exclusive right to objects of intellectual property included in the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan;
accounting and disposal of intellectual property objects that are not subject to inclusion in the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as documents (results of activities) that are not related to intellectual property, but due to their significance (value) are subject to preservation in the State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan.
