Issues of preparation of urban planning documentation are considered
Today, the next joint meeting of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin.
The meeting again discussed the progress of work on the collection of initial data for the timely development of territorial planning documents. Agryzsky, Aksubaevsky, Apastovsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Yelabuzhsky, Zainsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Nizhnekamsky and Sarmanovsky districts also remain outsiders on this issue, their figures are less than 70%.
The participants discussed the process of making changes to the territorial planning schemes, filling the Unified state register of real estate. Also, representatives of the districts were reminded that, in accordance with the changes made to paragraph 42 of part 1 of Article 12 of Law No. 99-ФЗ, a license for geodetic and cartographic activities is required to perform work on establishing (changing) the boundaries of settlements from March 1, 2022 . In this regard, the terms of reference will be adjusted in accordance with the new requirements by the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and sent to the municipal districts.
