The Spatial Data Fund hosted a seminar on contractual relations
The Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan continues the cycle of training seminars. This time, the heads of the institution prepared a presentation on the topic: "Contractual relations in the institution."
The seminar was conducted by Tatyana Yakovleva, Head of the Department of Legal Support and Development of Standards of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. She spoke about the main role of contractual documents, the effectiveness of which directly affects the competitiveness and profitability of the institution. In the presentation, definitions were given to the main terms, such as: “Working agreement”, “Parties to the agreement”, “Subject of the agreement”, “Responsibility of the parties”, the procedures for setting prices, terminating the agreement, etc. were explained.
